We at Hype Beauty Studios take pride in our international standards of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. All our hair products are derived directly from source and are prepared by some of the most skilled stylists in the industry.

As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

• We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
• We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements.
• All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
• We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
• In the specific case of customized lace wigs, lace frontals and lace closures, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

ITEMS IN OUR CUSTOMISED VIRGIN HAIR CATEGORY TAKE 5 - 7 DAYS.

We want you to be happy and have a pleasant experience when shopping with us, hence, we take your satisfaction and time seriously. If you are not happy with a recent purchase we are happy to accept your request for an exchange or provide store credit.

Our products are considered hygienic products, therefore we cannot offer cash refunds on a purchase for health concerns. Please read the conditions below:

How long after making a payment can I receive my order

2 - 5 business days for express shipping & 7 - 10 business days for standard shipping.

Our process time for orders in stock is 1 - 2 business days, and delivery takes 1 - 3 business days. Express Shipping orders are fulfilled through DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to track your order till it gets to you. We are not responsible for postal delays, we advise you to wait till you receive your orders before booking salon appointments. 

We ship from Nigeria so you need to account for public holidays as non-working days when expecting your order.

IMPORTANT: Customers in USA that select Standard shipping as their shipping method will only receive a tracking number when their parcel is with the last mile delivery partner. This means that even if your order has been shipped out you might not get a tracking code until many days after.

To cancel,message us on WhatsApp (+234 807 898 1071) not more than 3 hours after your order was placed. After this time we might be unable to cancel your order, change your address, or change your order.

If you request for a package to be delivered to a new location after it has been shipped, transfer charges will be deducted if it applies.
